Not getting pics

I get a status update the last 2 nights at 12 am says battery is stil 100 percent I have the go cam unlimited going to change the battery’s today just to see if that’s it but what else could it be

    If you are getting your data from the carrier directly do you have premium credits? If getting your data through Spartan then you don't need the credits.

    Supposed to be Directly thru Spartan I’ve had it 5 months and haven’t had to do anything

    Ok, if that's the case I would try formatting in the camera or replacing the SD card.

    Had someone go put batteries in it for me and I tried to format but still hasn’t made a communication since 12 last night

    What is the camera model and is the firmware up to date? Do you know what SD card you have in it?

    It’s the go cam unlimited yes firmware is up to date

    Sd is a class 10 either 16 or 32 gb

    Can you post a picture of the last status report from the app please. You may have to hit the settings bars and change your phone to desktop site to see the insert image icon.

    The person that went to the camera, were they able to successfully format the card? Did you get another status report since the one yesterday morning?

    They just replaced my batteries for me I had did the format on the app and it did it at the scheduled time of 12 and started working again this morning I am wondering if this camera I have will send videos as well I see it has the option but wondering if it will send them thru the app I have the go cam unlimited

    Yes it will send videos to the app. Most use the photo+video setting where the camera sends you the picture and saves the video and then you request only the videos that you want.
