After App update no audio to videos.

I have checked the online portal and the audio is on the videos on the online portal. For some reason they will not show up in the App on my phone since the new update to the App. I have even gone out and powered off one of my cameras and still nothing. Not very pleased with the new App.

This is not a camera problem so tinkering with your cameras won’t do anything. If there is audio on the videos on the portal, then this is something with the app and/or your phone.
Whenever I don’t have sound on my videos on the app, it’s because I’ve turned sound really low or off. I’m sure you’ve checked for that. Please email support@spartancamera.com or call 770-582-0002 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F. Sounds like you need to talk to a tech support person.
