    Does anyone else have access to your camera? If so do they have sound? You can also check the online portal to see if there's sound there. (My.spartancamera.com)

    I’ve checked a couple of my audios from this afternoon/evening and they have sound. There’s rain falling and I can hear it hitting the security box.

    I have checked the online portal and the audio is on the videos on the online portal.   For some reason they will not show up in the App on my phone since the new update to the App.   I have even gone out and powered off one of my cameras and still nothing.  Not very pleased with the new App.

    This is not a camera problem so tinkering with your cameras won’t do anything. If there is audio on the videos on the portal, then this is something with the app and/or your phone. 

    Whenever I don’t have sound on my videos on the app, it’s because I’ve turned sound really low or off. I’m sure you’ve checked for that. Please email support@spartancamera.com or call 770-582-0002 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F. Sounds like you need to talk to a tech support person.

    Try texting yourself a video and see if the texted vid has sound

    I experienced the same audio problem with the new app update. I discovered that if I share the video via email or text, or save the video to my phone. The audio will once again work.

    The most recent version of the iOS app should not have an issue with sound. You might want to check and see if there's an update available.

    iOS app version 4.0.1 does have sound if you have your phone on silent or do not disturb. The original version 4.0 would not play audio if device was on silent or do not disturb.
