Camera stopped working

My GoCam worked fine fir months then just quit. The battery indicator had shown 50% for a long time too. I assumed the batteries ran down so I replaced them. Camera boots up but the phone app is just a black screen with logo and does nothing. I attempted to register but the app remains a black screen.

  Not sure what happened but after signing in on this site everything went back to working. Wish I tried this 3 weeks ago.

  Glad you're up and running again.If the App isn't showing anything it's usually a different issue than the camera. First thing I usually suggest is logging out of the app and back in.

  Ironically the app would not allow any input.  Just the logo on a black background.  I uninstalled the app then installed it and it was exactly the same screen.   Why everything started the moment I logged on here confuses me too.  Apparently the camera was working because it downloaded 56 stored pictures to my phone right away.
