Live view

Also, the GoLive (the one that live streams) doesn’t notify you the moment something comes in front of the camera. It takes/sends a photo or video just like the other cameras do, takes maybe a little less time because it’s already online. Then you start the live stream, which takes 15-20 seconds to start and you can start watching. A security camera might do what you are wanting a camera to do but that may not be possible where you want to use a camera.
You mention 2-5 minutes before you get a photo. You should be getting pics in 40 seconds to a little over a minute (depending on the model and signal strength). The GoLive will not live stream without good signal strength. -
That is a US Cellular GoCam so it isn't capable of live streaming. It should be sending pics in under a minute and a half.
At this time, the GoLive models are only for AT&T and Verizon, but it's a new model so other carrier models may be released at some point. If you have either AT&T or Verizon signal in your area, you can get one of those models and buy your data from Spartan.

You can't run your US Cellular camera on Verizon and even if you could, that wouldn't make it live stream.
I'm saying that the GoLive (which live streams) is only available in AT&T and Verizon models. If you want to run a GoLive, you would buy a Verizon one (since AT&T does have service in your area) and you would buy a data plan from Spartan.
