ATT GoCam's - Monthly service price skyrocketed 33%
I just went to turn on my Four (4) Gocams for one month of pre-season scouting and found the lowest monthly pricing per camera has skyrocketed from $11.99 last year to $15.99 this year (a 33% increase). When I purchased my cameras a few years ago I was paying $75/year ($6/mo) through the ATT "buy a session" service which had its own support issues so I switched directly to Spartan's service last year.
When I exhanged emails with support today to ask if I was misinterpreting anything they explained that they are offering more data and/or multi-month plans (that some of us simply don't need or want) as an offset with Spartan's final response stating "The 2020 data plans are no longer available. The 2021 data plans are listed below. Spartan Camera reserves the right to change data plans at any point".
I am curious to know if others have similar concerns about the rate of Spartan's cell service price increases? This may be a caution to folks comparing cell cam systems available on the market today.

Support are the only folks who can help with this. If you can use three months at a time, the 3 month/1G/$36 plan is the same price as three months of the plan you’ve been using, but with a little more data (1 G rather than 750 MB).
There really is no reason to SPAM the board with identical posts in all three sections.

This one is as good as any. It's definitely not an app question and is probably more suitable as a general topic than as a support question.
There is not a lot of activity here so people who check in regularly will see it where ever it is. It just doesn't make sense to have three versions of a discussion happening.

I have mentioned your concerns to some people in the company.
AT&T raised their rates on the 3 month Buy-A-Session plans from $25 to $30 a while back. I also have two iPads on cellular plans that went from $30 to $35 per month with no increase in data or services. It’s not exactly the same thing, but Spartan isn’t the only company that has had price increases.
