  Make sure it's on in the camera settings. It was green and working previously?

  It was working when I was with the camera now that I’m away from the camera 10 miles it is not.the live function is on on the app

  Please try closing the app and reopening. If the camera is in a good signal area, that should reconnect it. If it’s in a mediocre signal area, it may not have good enough signal to stream. Signal strength does vary.

  Hopefully, closing and reopening the app will do the trick. It usually does for me.

  You can try turning the live stream off and letting the camera update and then turning it back on.
