    Did you check the portal (my.spartancamera.com) to see if the pictures are loading normally there?

    Yes I looked and some pictures on the app aren’t on the portal ?

    Are you or someone with admin access deleting the pictures from the app? If you aren't deleting them then there should be no pictures on the app that aren't on the portal. Deleting the pics from the app will remove them from the portal causing the issues that you are seeing with the white/blank pics on the app.

    I am having the same issue, reloaded the app a couple of times and are still getting white blank pictures.  We have 6 people in our family and they are also having this issue.  Then I check to see if they are on the website and there are days missing without pictures.

    Carven, android or iphone? Are the same picture white for everyone or do they vary? I just want to clarify are the pictures white on the online portal or OK? Does everyone has admin access and is anyone deleting the pictures from their app?

    iPhone, no they are not the same white ones for everyone. There are no white pictures on the online portal but the online portal has been very inconsistent with some photos not loading for days compared to the app. Everyone does have access with the app but I am the only handling the online portal and I don’t delete. I am pretty sure no one is deleting the pictures off the app because they delete after 30 days anyway. We have not had this problem in the past.

    Carven, the pictures go from the camera to the online portal and then to the apps so if they are on the app they had to get to the portal first. If you are seeing gaps on the portal of pictures that are on your app then I would definitely check with everyone and make sure that they are not deleting them from the app which with some of the new download methods of the app can delete them from the portal and possibly other people phones.
