Samsung Galaxy S7 worh Android op system. After I try to open the app from the home screen icon: I get a message that says "Sorry, the app is out of order." Then, it automatically goes to message to close app or send feedback. Ive sent feedback twice....for what that was worth. Ive cleared the cache twice and data once. Did not fix. Restarted phone...Still cannot access app. I got into my account thru spartancamera.com with no problem. Camera is still taking pics and notifying me...just cant open app. Checked my credits. Was good thru June 6th, 2021, but added 12 more anyway. App fix???

  Please go to the app page in the Play Store, sign up to participate in the beta program, and install the beta app (3.1.1). That should resolve the problem.

  Any other ideas? I downloaded Google Chrome Beta. Get same meassage when I try to open Spartan app thru that.

  It’s not Google Chrome. You can’t open the app using Google Chrome.

  It’s the beta version of the Android Spartan Camera app. On your phone, go to the Play Store, then the Spartan Camera Management app page. Somewhere on the page is a link to sign up for the beta program. When you do that, you should be able to download 3.1.1.
