Issues with camera sending pictures
The camera is taking pictures but not sending them to the app or portal. Any advice would be appreciated. I have uninstalled the app and reseted devices. Nothing seems to be fixing the issue.

Has it worked in the past and it’s stopped working or is this a new camera you are setting up?
Are you getting status reports?
What happens when you take/send a manual photo? (Camera on the network in setup mode, point it at something, press OK to take pic and OK again to send pic.)

it has worked in the past. I tried a new SD card and still having the same issue.
Yes I'm getting status reports but no photos.
Ive tried a new SD card and it seems to be a issue with the card reader. Im getting a error message on the camera itself stating that the "may be something wrong with the SD card"

To format SD card, camera in setup, press the Menu button, scroll to the third tab, down to Format. (You always want to format an SD card in the camera when you put the card into the camera.)
