Blurry Pictures

Day and night pictures are blurry. I am using the SIM card that came with the camera

  The SIM card should have nothing to do with bluriness. . Can you post a few pics from the camera? You may have to change your phone to desktop mode to see the insert photo.icon.

  I don't have access to the Spartan emails, I do support remotely

  You’re request to send a picture went to my email also.
  It takes blurry pics. What’s the fix?

  Please post some photos here. The instructions for doing that are below. (I think you probably meant SD card rather than SIM, but that won’t have anything to do with blurry photos.)
  
  Are you getting normal or large thumbnails?
