Blank White Pictures on App

I am having issues with app, I get blank white pictures. We have 6 people in our family and they are also having this issue. We have all deleted the app and reloaded but we are all still having the same issues.  Then I check to see if they are on the website and there are days missing without pictures.

  I replied to your other post but lets work from this thread since it's your own.

   

  Carven, android or iphone? Are the same picture white for everyone or do they vary? I just want to clarify are the pictures white on the online portal or OK? Does everyone has admin access and is anyone deleting the pictures from their app?
