Unable to zoom

Last week I was able to zoom in and watch my videos. The app did an upgrade, which I do not like and I am unable to zoom in anymore. Why is this? I need to be able to zoom while watching my videos!!

  It's a bug in the app and is being fixed right now. There should be another update soon to correct that.

  Can you provide an estimate on when the app will have an update to correct problems?  The zoom and the double image for video is an irritant, easily addressed by downloading the video and watching it there.  However, the problems with no sound, cameras not responding to requests, cameras not triggering, etc. make them unusable.  We use these cameras and our subscription for security application, which is no longer beneficial with the new app.

  Cameras not triggering has nothing to do with the app update though and as far as no sound for now just take your phone off of silent mode. I do believe that might be addressed in the next update.
