email delivery of all pictures has stopped

    Usually when this happens it's the email provider treating them as spam and blocking them. Have you checked your email delivery options on the portal to make sure they are still listed? There also used to be a link to verify your email address with Spartan.

    I just heard back from my email provider (luxsci.com) and they are not receiving or blocking the emails (see the message below).  Any ideas what to do next?

     

    Hi,

    We last received an email from noreply1@hcowireless.com at 11:10 am ET. We have not received an email since then. We also do not appear to be blocking them.

    Have you checked to ensure there is no issue with the email server/service that is sending the emails?

    I just realized I didn't post the verification link, here it is. Have you check the portal to make sure the email address is still listed and checked off to send?

    I did a quick test with one camera that sent four pics while I had it set to send to email and all mine came in to the app and to email.
