New app not showing cameras or subscription

No subscription showing but it is active. No cameras available on new app but they are active

  Android or iPhone? Have you logged on to the portal to see if you cameras are showing there? You can also try logging out of the app and back in.

  Are you sure you’re logged in to the correct account? Usually when this happens, someone has two accounts (created a second one by accident) and signed into the wrong one.
