Go Live 2 Solar not charging camera

All,

I have 4 of the Go Live 2 cameras and only have the solar panel set-up for these. My cameras never show the "Sun"/ Solar charging icon as I see on my Ghost cameras and the batteries are constantly dying in the Go Live 2 cameras. It appears that the solar panels make no difference with the Go Live version as they do with the Ghost cameras. I did do a support ticket and was confirmed that the solar panels are not charging any of my Go Live 2 cameras. I had requested to return the solar panels for repair potentially but was told since I had bought them 4 months ago that they would not replace them. I feel the solar panels are fine as they work for the Ghost cameras but wanted to know if anyone else has experienced issues here?

    Do you have the adapter for the plug that goes into the camera? The GoLive2 requires a longer plug than the Ghost and GoLive.

    John,

    I believe this to be the issue as I only have the main cable and not the additional smaller adapter cable. Can I purchase this??
