Ghost menu display zoomed in & can not read

When I start the camera, the camera display is zoomed in around 400% and left side of display has vertical lines. Changing SD cards doesn’t seem to help. Updated firmware and formatted SD cards. Second year running Ghost and all of a sudden stopped taking pictures and display zoomed in now. Any suggestions?

  Did you do a manual firmware update? Was it acting like this before the update?

  I did a firmware update but it keeps telling me the firmware is updated but then gives option to keep updating firmware. Wasn’t acting this way before updates.

  Did you load the Firmware on to an SD card first and then put it in the camera and click on update?

  Sorry I’m not sure what you mean. I turned it on after sitting for 4 months off with SD card in and on app clicked to update firmware.

  If the camera isn't connecting it won't update. Do you know if it's connected to the network and sending status reports? I thought you did a manual firmware update, that's why I asked about the SD card.

  Yeah it’s connected to the wireless network. It sends status updates. After turning off 20 times the display on the camera was normal size last night but this morning the display screen is zoomed in and now upside down and backwards. Would try to do more settings reset from camera but cannot tell what’s on the screen

  Here's a link to the firmware update and instructions. Try updating the Firmware manually using the playback button method.
