    You have to contact Verizon, I've done it through their on line chat before

    I did call them and she said it was active and iccid change. Will call again

    Just got off phone with Verizon and they could not active. So now I got to wait 24 - 48 hours for tech to call.

    They can be a pain sometimes. Maybe try the chat if you don't want to wait. I've found them pretty helpful. It can't hurt
