Does the camera find signal? If it does after you turn it on and it finds signal press the ok button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. Watch what happens and what it says on the screen. Are you still getting status reports? Have you checked the cameras firmware to make sure that it's up to date?

Firmware is current. It finds signal. It activates go live successfully. Status reports yes. I’ll try taking pic tonight after work. It’s a hike to that one.

Try formatting the SD card through the app, usually if you are getting status reports but no picture then your problem is SD card related.

I’ve formatted the card. I’ll put another one in tonight and see how it goes

Can you take a screen shot of the status report from the app and post it here, include the SD card info all the way at the bottom of the report too please. You might have to set your phone to desktop site in order to see the insert image icon.

Your internal battery is 3.66 which is very low, I'm pretty sure that is the problem. The SD card info looks good

It gets lots of sunlight on the solar panel. Possible that it’s a bad battery and will warranty replace that?

It's only showing an external voltage of 7.21, do you have batteries in the camera and is there any chance the panel got unplugged? What solar panel are you using?

I just put brand new AA batteries in the camera Monday and using the Spartan go live 10kw panel. I unplugged and plugged back in on Monday. I’ve done just about everything one can do before asking for help lol

Do you have the battery type set to AA+Solar in the camera settings in the app? That voltage should be higher than what it's showing unless it was possibly a cloudy overcast day yesterday. Have you gotten a status report since that one?

Yea on the setting. It won’t pull status report today. Last one was yesterday. It was sunny yesterday. Worked 8 hours putting in food plots. I’m gonna just pull the camera tonight and troubleshoot it from the house

Trouble shooting from the house is a good idea, unless you changed the time the camera should at least send a status report at midnight every day.

So. Brought camera to house. New SD card, new batteries, it turned on fine. It registers fine. I activated live stream and was successful. Armed camera. Logged out of app, closed out of app. Still won’t send pics or turn live stream green. I’ve setup 2 new cameras today and they are both rolling fine. Something is not right with this one. Can’t seem to figure it out

You may need to give the camera time to charge the internal battery. Is the camera sending a status report? Once you turn the camera on and it finds signal press the ok button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. See what happens and what it says on the screen.

When I do that it sent the pics. Still no live stream option. 3.63 internal and 9.75 external and full AA battery strength. Pulled status report as of 3 mins ago

3.63 is very low. Let it sit over night and charge the internal and see how it works in the morning.

Been on solar panel since 6am: no change to internal battery. 8.41 external. There is moisture inside the screen. Something is wrong and piddling for another whole day troubleshooting is pointless. All 7 other cameras are perfectly fine. What’s process to send back for a warranty replacement or a professional to look at this camera. I bought them last November so this shouldn’t be happening.

The internal should have charged up with the aa's being in the camera. Send an email to support@spartancamera.com and tell them you need an RMA to send it in to be looked at. If you bought them new last November you will be covered, they have a two year warranty. If you haven't done it already then make sure you register the cameras warranty, it will make the process easier. You can also email support with your proof of purchase when the time comes.
