Data service activation failed
Trying to activate a new camera to my existing data plan and it keeps sending me an email saying payment successful then another email saying data service activation failed, I tried changing payment cards but with no different results …

Thank you, I flew outta state to setup new cameras and none of them were activating , luckily I’m staying until Monday , so I’m hoping it gets fixed Monday morning before my flight leaves and I can get them deployed. Thanks for the feed back, I was hoping it was on their end and not mine.

Any update on this fix? I have spent hours trying to activate a few new cameras today and finally just found this post. I just purchased 5 new cameras and have another 3 that were active until I deleted an existing subscription earlier today in an effort to get the new one active that could handle more cameras.
