    I've had the same issue tried on 7/29 and tried again today just sent an email waiting to hear back to see what the issue is.

    William, I received a email saying there’s a problem with Verizon connecting. I will send what the email stated to me

    Hello,
    Unfortunately there is an issue with activating Verizon cameras at this time. We are working on this issue. I would suggest waiting till later today or tomorrow to retry activation.

    Thanks for the follow up, looks like I got a similar email. Luckily seems to be an issue other than the camera itself and should be fixed soon

    Yes, I’m glad it is on Verizon/Spartan side then on the actual cameras . I will try again tomorrow and will update if it’s working for me.
