Cannot load pics in library

I am receiving emails and notifications on every picture, however in my library none show up. Any ideas what is going on?

  Have you looked on my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management to see if there are pictures there? If there are, uninstall/reinstall the app. If Android, after you reinstall the app, you need to clear the date: phone Settings, Apps, Spartan Camera, Storage, Clear data.

  If I Uninstall the app don't I need my camera on me to reinstall? Also for the clearing of things, does that mean I will lose all my previous pics on my library?

  You don't need to have the cameras, they will reload and so will the pictures. Just make sure that you log in to your account.
