4/6 Camera’s stopped sending pictures

    What is the camera model? Are the cameras still sending status reports or have they stopped all together. You might have to put your cell phone in desktop mode to see the Insert image icon but can you do that and post some of the status reports please. Include the SD card info at the bottom of the report.

    SD cards are the exact ones that are recommended. 32GB, Class 10 SanDisk

    With the SD cards they are full sized not micros in adapters correct? I'm assuming that you are getting your data through Spartan, have you checked to make sure everything is OK and the plans are still showing as active on your account? How far away are the cameras?

    Yes they are standard SD’s. Data is through ATT but I have premium credits and have confirmed with my ATT rep that they are active. They’re 5 hrs away

    Did you get new SIM cards from ATT or use the ones that came with the camera?

    It's going to be hard to tell without having the cameras in hand, since it is multiple cameras that points in the direction of data related. The cameras are set up to run with Spartan data plans so there may be an APN settings change needed (it a setting in the cameras menu) do you have a picture or link of the SD cards that you are using? Did you format them in the camera?

    I did not format them and have that request in but it’s probably not going to get done since they are sending updates
