Pic + vid selected but no option for vid

This camera was sending videos when requested but now I don’t even have the option of requesting video even though it is set at pic + video. Still taking pictures no problem and plenty of room on the SD.

    What is the camera model and is the firmware up to date? Have you tried updating the settings back to pic+video? You can also go to the online portal and look at the pictures and see if they all have the same number underneath them. My.spartancamera.com

    GC-Z4gb2, firmware is up to date and SD card is formatted. I’m waiting for the settings to update. I have three other cameras that are operating without issue.

    When you formatted did you do it on the camera itself or request it through the app? If through the app did you get the picture with the F on the info strip to indicate that the format was successful?

    I did it through the app and don’t recall getting an F. There is an M on the info strip now.

    The M means it's a motion triggered picture, E means scheduled picture or manual picture and F means the format was successful. With the new camera updates if you have the SQ number showing on the status report there's a feature where the camera will switch itself to photo only if the SD card has a problem. That way your still getting pictures instead of not getting anything at all. Did you check the photo numbers on the portal?

    I haven’t checked the portal but it must be the SD card because it’s showing 0 MB used. Thanks for the help.

    62.5, must be an error because I typically use 32 MB cards

    Yes for sure, you probably mean 32gb which is max size for that camera and your camera is probably showing 62.5mb which also indicates an SD card error
