video requests timed out

yesterday i requested two video that timed out and didn't receive. What causes this?

  Either the camera is down and hasn’t contacted the server in 24 hours or a bad SD card.

  Mine is doing same thing but still sending new photos. Haven’t been able to download videos of deer it captured this morning.
  Brand new firmware / sd card

  It has been working fine and am receiving photos just not videos all of a sudden

  Go to the online portal and look at the picture numbers, if the camera is set to photo + video they should be all even or all odd. See if that's what you have or if there are gaps or if you have them all the same number or possibly not just even or odd numbered photos. My.spartancamera.com
