gocam will not arm, screen blank

gocam screen is blank, it will not arm. when i turned the unit on it started a constant beep.unit bought in late july 2023

    That's usually a sign of low battery or it could be an SD issue. Have you tried different batteries and swapping SD card? Make sure the SD card is 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card and not a micro in an adapter. The cameras have a two your warranty so if it is a camera issue you're covered.

    yes. screen is blank. i installed new batteries and the class 10 sd card. light flashes on front of unit but screen is blank

    Ok try this. Turn the camera on and then remove all the batteries. Turn the camera off for a few seconds and then to set up and while it's still in set up put the batteries back in. See if it comes on then.

    You can try a manual firmware update. You'll have to use the playback method to update since the screen isn't coming on. The link below has the updates and if you scroll down you'll see the instructions.

    Send an email to support@spartancamera.com and they will probably give you an RMA to send the camera back to be looked at. They might even have a few more things to try.
