Battery Box Issue
Been having and issue with my battery box. Plug it into my Go Cam and it will not turn the camera on. If I hit the display button it will read 13V on the display in the box. Only once the display button is pushed will it turn the camera on. The camera will take pictures for a couple hours then stop. Go back to the battery box and push the display button and the camera will come back on and start taking pictures again for a couple of hours. All the while the status report on the camera reads 100% battery and and a signal quality of 54. I have since disconnected the solar panel thinking that may be an issue but that didn't change anything. Thoughts?

I do. I have not checked voltage at the plug. However I have been having this issue for a while. I thought maybe the plug coming from the box to the camera was bad. So I removed the circuit board from the box and moved it to a box that had a bad circuit board in it and I'm getting the same issue. Wouldn't think both box plugs would be bad. Just seems odd that it only works when the display button it pushed and then times out.

Yes, that's strange. I would email support@spartancamera.com and see what they say

I sent Spartan an email yesterday and have no heard back. I did check the plug with the volt meter without hitting the display button it jumped all over the place from 2.2 to 5.1. Once I hit the display button it jump to 6.14 and didn't move until the display light went back out. Did it three times. The last time I got .08 with the display off then jumped to 6.14 once I hit the button.
