    There is a GoCam kit that includes a solar panel, battery box, and battery. That kit has the correct connector.

    If you’re referring to a solar panel alone, the GoCam can’t be operated with just a solar panel. It doesn’t have an internal battery.

    I have the kit that includes the solar panel, battery box, and battery. I’ve tried plugging into bottom of camera. The terminals don’t match. The one coming from the battery box is smaller in diameter and has two notches on opposite sides. The dc receptacle on the camera is larger.

    Yes. You need a ghost/GoLive set up. The Gocam is a different plug and voltage.

    Email support@spartancamera.com and they can let you know for sure but you can probably just exchange the battery box
    The battery and panel are most likely 12 volts. The battery box for the Gocam reduces the voltage to 6 volts for the camera
