2 of my go cams in the last 3 weeks have dropped taking videos and now only send 1 pic instead

Both fresh batteries 100% both reformatted sd cards both connection excellent. plan was just renewed a couple monts ago. Please help

    Are the cameras firmware up to date? With the latest firmware update if the camera detects a problem with the SD card it switches it to photo only so you at least get the picture and it doesn't stop sending. Have you tried updating the settings and switching the camera back to photo + video?

    I have tried switching settings. And firmware says it's up to date I'll check the date I think it was july. If it happened to 2 its somthing. Thank you for the ideas. It's been raining up her like crazy this summer. I'm in upstate NY.

    What is the camera model and what is the firmware date? Can you post the status reports from the app? Make sure it includes the SD card info at the bottom. You might have to set your phone to desktop mode to see the insert image icon.

    You need to hit the settings tab on your phone and switch to desktop mode/view and then the insert image icon should pop up above the box where you're typing

    The SD card is an 8gb card and most of those aren't to spec unless it's a Spartan card. You want a card that's 32gb or small, class 10, 80 mbs or faster and a full sized card and not a micro in an adapter.

    Ok. Ithought they were all 16 10's I wonder why it worked for a year n just stopped? But I'll go out n change to bigger card. Thank you for your help.
