Double and triple check the iccid numbers, sometimes they can be hard to tell exactly what they are. You can use your phone to take a picture of the number on the SIM card and zoom in on it or if you put it in the camera and go to the information screen it might tell you there. Are you adding this to your Verizon plan or getting your data through Spartan?

I made sure it was correct. Did it a few times with the same result. Plan is through Spartan.

And when you go to your subscriptions it doesn't show on the list of cameras?

You can email support@spartancamera.com and they might be able to free it up or send you a new one or you could go to a Verizon store if you have one nearby and they should be able to give you a new SIM card.

On the camera itself, when I go to the setup menu it says "no SIM card, please insert your SIM card and restart". But the SIM card is in there. It only goes in 1 way so it is in there correctly.

Try taking the card out and cleaning the SIM card contacts with a pencil eraser and putting it back in. I don't think this will help the iccid already in use problem but lets make sure that the camera can read the SIM card. You can also put the SIM from one of the other cameras in it and see if it recognizes it.
