    Check the camera settings on the app and make sure that the time zone is set. then format the SD card, update the settings and then request a status report, one of those things should help. If you have the camera in hand default the camera using it's menu and then use the menu to format the SD card and then update the settings from the app and request the report.

    That didn’t help. It all started when I hooked it up to the battery box. It worked fine when I was using batteries.

    Is it the Spartan battery box? Did you try unplugging it and see if that made a difference?
