Golive cam will show live video but will not send pics at all
I have 3 cameras on subscription with only one working. the go live I can see a live stream with it but it will absolutely not send any pics from it. help. have updated firmware, formatted sd card, everythign. nothing working. also have older camera not sending pics as well. the third one works fine.

Can you post screenshots of the status reports from those two cameras please. Make sure it includes the SD card info at the bottom of the report. You might have to take two screenshots of each to get all the info. To post a picture here you probably have to set your phone to desktop sight in order to see the insert image icon.

Your GoLive that will live stream but not send pics probably has an SD card problem. If you formatted and did not get a photo with an F on the info strip, the format did not work. If you got the photo with the F but still aren’t getting motion triggered photos, the format didn’t fix the problem if the problem is a bad SD card.
Make sure sensitivity is not off and that you don’t have some oddball start-stop times set (like only allowing the camera to take photos from 11:25 pm until midnight). Those things aren’t common and probably not relevant to your situation, but I thought I’d mention them just in case. SD card is the most likely culprit.
