Cameras Only Sending 1-2 Photos per Montg

I have 4, GC-M4Gb2 units. Plenty of Premium Credits but they have only been sending 1-2 pictures at a time for several months. I go a week to a month at a time without any pictures. Then last week all the cameras sent 100's of photos for two nights in a row. Now nothing again. Signal strength is great. SD cards are less than 25% full. It's a 4 hour drive to the ranch. Can't reach anyone at customer service number. Help please!

  With the M cameras and them being on Spartan data plans you don't need to buy premium credits so that shouldn't be an issue. When you get the pictures are they all from that night or are some of them older? Can you post a few screenshots of the status reports from the app here? Be sure to include the SD card info at the bottom of the reports too please. You may have to set your phone to desktop mode in order to see the insert image icon. Have you looked at the portal (my.spartancamera.com)to see if the pictures might be getting there but not to the app?

  Thanks for the response John. There portal only shows the photos I can see on the app. When I do receive a photo or two, it's on the same night. One day about a month ago, I did receive 100s of photos on reach camera, but only a few again since.

  I did go out and pull the cameras yesterday since most firmware updates and status reports were timing out. This was in hope that once they updated they would work again as normal.

  They all need a firmware update and cliff blind is very low on signal, I wonder if the antenna is damaged. Here's a list of the updates and if you scroll down below them are the instructions. Do you have pics of the SD cards that you are using?

  Here is the SD card I'm running. They show all firmware is now updated. They are still taking photos and saving them on SD cards, they are just not being sent to email, website or app.

  Turn the camera to setup and wait for it to find signal. After it does press the OK button to take a picture and then it should ask you if you want to send the picture, press OK again. Watch the screen to see what happens and what it says.
