    If they are still showing on your account and you're using Spartan data then you just need to re enter the camera information and purchase the data plan (or add to an existing one)

    Can you reactivate a camera remotely or would you have to go to the camera in order to get the imei?

    If the camera is still showing on your app or the portal then the IMEI and ICCID number will be in both those locations.
