Att cameras will use the T mobile network if the signal is stronger. What is the camera model? If it is a GoCam turn the camera on and remove all of the batteries, then turn the camera off for a few seconds and then back to setup. Leave the camera in setup and put the batteries back in, does the camera turn on then?

I had this happen too. I have 7 other cameras on 1100 acres and have never had a unit connect to T-Mobile, until one did. It was already out in the field and I changed batteries, reset, and all of sudden, it is showing connected to T-Mobile. However, it would not let me send the test pic, showing "failed" each time I tried.

Set it up in another area of the lease and same thing. Along side another camera connected to AT&T. I ended up bringing it into camp and overnight I found and downloaded latest firmware. That seemed to fix it even though I believe it already had that latest firmware update.
