Cameras can't tell time

I have 2 GoCams and 2 GoLive cams. All are using Spartan premium points. All are set to Detroit -5UTC time zone. (Eastern Standard) All are set to send a picture at 9:00 AM. They all do send a picture at within seconds of 9:00 AM 

Here's my problem- The GoCams show a time stamp of 9:00 AM but the GoLive cams show a timestamp of 8:00 AM. Why is this happening?
