Solar Panel connect to GoLive camera

Can the HGD10-SCPS solar panel be connected directly to the GoLive camera with rechargable AA batteries installed?  The solar panel unloaded puts out 19v but the cable provided with the panel has a connector that fits the dc power plug on the bottom of the camera.

  The Spartan Solar panels can be connected directly to GoLive cameras. The type of battery that you have in the camera doesn't matter, the panel is not going to charge them or be connected to them at all, you don't even have to run batteries in the GoLive cameras.
