"File Not Found" Error when trying to Apply Firmware update manually

Downloaded the firmware update file onto a formatted SD card, but when I put the SD card into the camera and selected FW Update from the Camera's settings menu, I keep getting the error "File Not Found". Camera's model is GC-Z4Gb. I have tried re-formatting the camera and SD card, I tried different SD cards, tried re-downloading the file, etc. but keep getting the same error.

  Have you used a computer to look at the actual file name that’s on the card?

  There are three reasons for that message:

  1. The file is not on the SD card.
  2. The wrong file is on the SD card (a file for a different model).
  3. The right file is on the SD card but it has the wrong file name because it was downloading more than once. The file name has a space, open parentheses, digit (1, 2, 3, etc.) and a closing parentheses.
