  but i can only view the last month and a half. please help because I am trying to plan a hunting vacation and I need to know when the bucks moved through my property last year.

  The pictures are only kept on the online portal for 30 days, are you using the app?

  yes but they are only showing black on the mobile app.

  Are you using an android phone and did you delete the pictures from the phones Gallery?
