  Thank you. It helped, but my SPAM filter is still sending these messages to SPAM rather than to the mailbox where they belong and I’ll get notification. Grrrrrr.

  If you are using Gmail maybe try and create a filter Liz. Might work for other emails too.

  The pics are going to my Cox account and i’m Trying to use a filter to forward them to my spartancamera account but Cox thinks they are SPAM. They do get forwarded, but they go to SPAM. Not sure if the problem is Cox or Thunderbird.

  Thank you, Steve! It came in and went to the correct inbox. I’m still going to create a whitelist folder but I may have the problem solved. Fingers crossed.
