No pics to text since 10/26 11:13am CDT

I have 6 cameras, 4 Verizon and 2 AT&T. Pics show up in the portal, and in the app, but not via text. My cell  service is via AT&T. Looks like a similar outage to the last couple in the last few weeks.

    If the pics are going to the portal and app, the problem is with your phone carrier, not with with the cameras or the Spartan server.

    You can try white listing your phone number:

    Is this not the exact same issue that happened twice in the last couple of months? Spartan had to work with AT&T to restore service, and ended up changing the “mail from” as part of the process. To be clear, I have 3 phone numbers being delivered to, all AT&T, and none are receiving texts.

    How do you have your phone numbers listed for the pictures to be sent? #####@???????. Also make sure on the portal that the numbers are still checked off.

    I have Verizon and only one camera sending pics via text and they are coming through. So far, I haven’t seen any other reports of pics not getting to AT&T phones, but who knows?

    All of the numbers are listed as xxxxxxxxxx@mms.att.net. I checked delivery options yesterday and they were still checked,

    jacks_john that is correct so I'm not sure what is going on. I have only heard of one other person with the same issue but I will see if I can find out anything further. If it is similar to what happened last time we should know very shortly.

    Same here, been off and on the last few days, but I just received over 800 pics via text at one time and I have both Verizon and ATT that were not sending text messages but still receiving App and Portal pics.

    It’s not a matter of the cameras not sending texts. They don’t send texts, they send pictures to the server and the server sends them to the app, email, or text, as appropriate. 

    The text messages got hung up between Spartan server and your phone carrier’s text server. Nothing to do with the cameras sending pics because you got the pics on portal and app.

    From what I have noticed ATT has been playing with things lately. I have friends that have had texting problems too.

    I haven't had a picture delivered to my AT&T phone from my GoCam since last night at 11:30. I hope AT&T isn't blocking pictures now.

    FWIW I started receiving pics to text today. Changed nothing on my end.
