texts sent but not to another phone number

I am stumped on this one or text photo went out last Saturday at 4 pm. The techs have fixed it they are so great. They work so hard to keep things going straight. Last night my texts came in and everything is great. But my other half hasn’t  gotten a single picture got one and that was it. I have deleted the number re added it and still nothing. What could be causing this awhile back we registered both phones to server through a link provided I can’t find that now. Is it possible this could be what happened. I just don’t know what to think really.

  If the phone capacity is full that could definitely be the issue

  We wiped out phone last night now it’s ok now but still no pictures.

  It’s crazy have no clue what it’s problem is. Now it’s a iPhone 5s so it could be a apple thing trying to get him to buy a new phone who knows. I did the email to server twice.

  You turn the phone off and back on it says it has 3 new pictures. But you open it up it’s from Saturday when it was down. They are the same picture that was there when it was turned off.

  Yes it happens we will check that. So till it starts working again I put on emails.
