Cant activate my camera to Sprint network

I just bought a GC-SPTb camera. It's on the Sprint network and I am following the manual and for some reason I cant activate my camera? And of course Spartan isnt open to help out. Because evidently people only hunt and need a camera from Mon-Fri. ???????

  Did you get an active data plan for the camera? What is or isn't happening when you try to register the camera?

  I did not. I bought the camera off Ebay. I was trying to follow the instruction per the manual and I cldnt activate my camera thru Spartan with Sprint at all. Just took me to Home website

  You need to add the camera to your Sprint cell plan first, then you can register it. If you don’t have it on your Sprint account, it won’t have cell service.
