    When did you get the data? Sometimes it takes a little while for them to activate it. You might also want to check with them and make sure they added the camera as a customer supplied device. If you are trying to register the camera inside you might want to go outside and see if that works. Does the camera find signal and if so how many bars of signal strength is it showing?

    Yes, Got the data a couple weeks ago.  I have full (four) bars inside, but will try it outside

    Also check the firmware to make sure it's up to date
