Receive texts but can’t get them on app

The last picture I received on portal or App. was on 11 one. That day it took my scheduled event and on the picture it showed P5. I assumed that meant batteries had died I went to camera replaced all the batteries turned it back on and it will not send me pictures to the app or Puerto. I then pulled the camera and card Checked the card and I have pictures on the camera but no checked the card and It’s taking picure but not going to the app or portal. After that I decided to change the setting to just text me with pictures and I received them. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

  It sounds like you are out of premium credits

  That’s what I thought to but it shows I’m still good till the 11th I activated 2 cams the same day the other is still sending pics
