Authentication
I have service on the camera. Camera is taking pics
Mobile app will not authenticate. Got new registration codes from camera menu but no luck getting verification and green from phone app...

Did you add the camera to your account on the portal?
Once the camera is on the portal, did you use MY CAMERAS > MOBILE ACCESS to create an admin code and make note of it and your account number?
Once you did that, in the app, did you access the Account tab, tap the +, enter your account number and the access code, Save, Done, Authenticate?
