Camera not taking pictures and not updating settings or firmware
I have not had any pictures on my camera since last Friday but im positive there are deer going past it. Also have tried scheduling an update for the settings and the firmware but its been 2 days and its still not updated. Whats wrong?

Have you checked to be sure you have premium credits?

OK, no problem. Take a look at the last bunch of night pictures from the camera and see if they show anything other than P5 on the bottom right corner of the picture. Also look on the portal under camera management and see if the camera is still sending status reports. Check the pictures on the portal and see if they are numbered sequentially or not and also check that overwrite in the camera settings is turned on and that the memory card isn't full. Are you using the app and if so are the pictures getting to the portal and not the app or aren't they getting to the portal at all?

Sometimes looking at the pictures and settings on the portal is the fastest way to figure out what the problem might be. If you aren’t comfortable with Johnny looking at your account, then you will probably want to email support@spartancamera.com or call 770-582-0004 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F or use the “Submit a request” option toward the top of the page.
I guarantee you that Johnny couldn’t care less about your pictures, nor does he save login information to visit your account later.

Almost all the pictures(day or night) have P0 in the bottom right. I deleted a bunch of pictures so I cant to check if they are sequential or not. The camera has taken over 3000 pictures in the last 2 months and its a 32gb card. I delete a bunch of the pictures though so there is only like 11 pages of pictures on my portal.

My three cameras are about a month old. The stopped working November 4. I only have current pictures on one camera. The last picture dated November 3 is showing p3 in the right hand corner. Why have they stopped? What can I do to get them going again? I use them for security. What are premium credits? last report was November 3.

I'll repost the link (which is several messages up in this thread) for information on premium credits--everything you every want to know about them and probably some things you don't. Your "about a month" comment means that there's a good chance that your problem is premium credits. Fingers crossed, because that's easily fixed.
