    If you want to email me your portal log in information I will take a look for you. What kind of batteries are in the camera? 3 out of 5 bars of battery life is getting very very low especially if they are lithium batteries. If they are lithium then 3/5 means they are probably dead. The settings changes and updates won't happen until the camera checks in with a photo or status report so if nothing is happening with the camera then those commands won't take place.     Checked my cams this am. Went through normal deal to take a pic and send it. Camera acted fine but received no text with pic. Did this with all 3 cams as well as the hello test which were successful as well. As I was leaving the farm I got one text with pic from last cam I checked. Still no call back from company. Left message yesterday morning. Very frustrating.

    Is this text to Verizon phone or something else? Texts to Verizon phones quit working a week ago and there isn’t anything Spartan can do to fix it.

    Tech support is returning voice mails and emails in the order received. This is the busiest time of the year and the Verizon text problem has caused a lot of calls on top of the regular issues people call about.
