Camera Set-up

I purchased the GoCam ATT 4G-LTE GC-A4Gb. I signed up for a Spartan account. Then I activated my SIM card through the Spartan Website. Then I went to Register my camera in the menu of the camera, it never gave me a Module ID or Registration Code, camera froze up. I tried to register the camera again in the menu and it just says registration failed!

    Also, My SIM card is labeled Spartan Camera, and the instructions make it clear to activate the SIM card on the Spartan Website, which I did.

    The module ID number is the number on the sticker on the camera. Try defaulting the camera, there's an option to default in the cameras menu. When you turn the camera to setup does it's show service and bars of signal on the top right of the screen after 30-60 seconds?

    It shows 2 bars after a short amount of time. I defaulted the camera. I tried registering the camera again, I got the please wait screen, but then no number popped up after the please wait screen went away.
