    Are you using premium and do you have credits? How's your data plan? What is your exact camera model number GC-???? Does the camera find signal and if so what happens when you try and take and send a manual picture?

    It could be a bad memory card or possibly the card is full. Do you have overwrite turned on in the camera settings? Also look at the picture numbers on the portal and see if the photos are numbered sequentially or if they all have the same number. You also want the memory card to be a class 10 and no larger then 32gb, 16gb or 8gb is even better

    Try and send a manual picture, turn the camera to setup and let it find signal then press the ok button to take a picture and then when it asks press ok again to send it. Watch what happens on the screen and what it says.

    Is your firmware up to date? You can also default the camera, there's a default option in the cameras menu.

    Try blowing in the card slot. You can also try popping the card in and out a bunch of times

    How long does it generally take to update your camera, when u start firmware update?

    Manually should be pretty quick. OTA needs the camera to check in by sending a picture or status report so it sees the request to update. If there's already pending commands in camera management those tasks must be completed or cancelled first.

    I cancelled the request. The signal is one bar. With the signal only having one bar, does this affect receiving a photo? I have not received a photo for quite a while... at least 7 hrs which is odd because where I have my camera I generally receive an photo at least once or twice per hr

    Over The Air. That’s when you request the firmware update from the portal rather than downloading it to an SD card and updating with the camera in hand.

    Do u recommend updating the camera in hand versus over the portal? I am getting no results updating over the portal. Maybe I need to let the the portal update over night. Should I try this?

    If it doesn't update overnight, cancel the OTA update and update manually. The update won't happen until after a photo or status report is sent.
